Not an official service

FitTheForm is not connected to, approved by or acting for any government, embassy, passport office, exam body or other authority.

The rules we show

The rules shown for each form were read from the official source on the date shown on that form's page. Rules change. You must check them against your own form or notice before you submit.

What the checks mean

The checks are automatic aids. A photo that passes them may still be refused. Passing is not a promise that any form will accept it.

No warranty

The tool is free. It is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind.

If something goes wrong

As far as the law allows, BillionEdges is not responsible for a refused or delayed application, a missed deadline, fees, or any other loss from using the tool.

Your part

You are responsible for the photo being a true, recent picture of the right person. The tool changes the background, crop, size and tilt. It does not retouch your face. Some authorities do not accept a photo whose background was changed digitally, so check your form's rules.
